1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SynapseAI Network platform, API, SDK, documentation, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
SynapseAI Network provides distributed AI infrastructure services, including but not limited to neural mesh routing, agent orchestration, GPU compute fabric, and related APIs and SDKs. The Services are currently in beta and are subject to change.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
- Engage in activities that disrupt or degrade the Services
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by SynapseAI Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit or deploy through the Services.
6. Service Level Agreement
During the beta period, the Services are provided "as is" without any uptime guarantees. Upon general availability, SynapseAI will provide a commercially reasonable SLA with defined uptime commitments and credit policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapseAI Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
